We recommend using the business-grade router provided by Yappl. SoGEA is a data-only service that requires a specific configuration to function correctly and prioritise VoIP traffic; older residential or legacy routers may not be compatible.
Since SoGEA removes the analogue voice service, your traditional dial tone will cease to work. However, you can port your existing business number to a cloud-hosted VoIP system so you can continue making and receiving calls over your new internet connection.
