Chris has over 20 years’ experience in IT and telecoms, having led projects for brands like RBS and The Economist. At Yappl, he heads service delivery, support, and product development. He’s passionate about mentoring and solving complex tech challenges. Outside work, Chris enjoys family time and shares a love of golf with his daughter.

James joined in 2020 as Solutions Director, leading our move into unified communications and building a high-performing sales team in Bournemouth. Now Managing Director, he’s focused on driving Yappl’s continued growth. Outside work, James is an adrenaline junkie – into mountain biking, motocross, and wing foiling, always chasing his next thrill.
