Yappl Renews Partnership with PTR Triumph Factory Racing for 2026 WorldSSP Title Charge

Yappl is proud to announce a one-year sponsorship renewal with PTR Triumph Factory Racing for the 2026 FIM Supersport World Championship (WorldSSP).

Yappl Renews Partnership with PTR Triumph Factory Racing for 2026 WorldSSP Title Charge

The announcement comes as the team arrives at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit in Australia for the season-opening round, following a historic 2025 campaign that saw PTR Triumph secure 4th place in the overall championship standings.

Building on a Historic Season

The 2025 season was a landmark year for the British partnership. Rider Tom Booth-Amos made history at Phillip Island last year, becoming the first British rider to win a World Championship road race on a Triumph motorcycle. Over the course of the season, the team amassed nine podium finishes across iconic circuits including Portimão, Donington Park, and Jerez.

For 2026, Yappl remains a key fixture of the team’s visual identity. The Yappl branding will continue to feature prominently on the tail of the Triumph Street Triple 765 RS, as well as the team’s transporter and pit walling system – the nerve centre of the team's race weekend operations.

Speed, Reliability, Performance

James Bannister, Managing Director of Yappl, commented:

"Our decision to renew with PTR Triumph Factory Racing was driven by the incredible synergy between our two organisations. In the world of B2B communications, our reputation is built on speed, reliability, and performance. The exact same pillars that Simon and his team demonstrate on the world stage. After such a successful 2025, we’re hungry to support the team as they push for an overall top-three finish this year."

Simon Buckmaster, Team Manager of PTR Triumph Factory Racing, added:

“It's fantastic to have Yappl back on board for 2026. Their commitment to excellence mirrors our own, and as we head into the first round at Phillip Island, having a partner that understands the value of high-performance connectivity creates a good synergy with our Triumph Racing factory team."

2026 Line-up: A Formidable Duo

The team enters 2026 with an unchanged, high-calibre rider line-up. Tom Booth-Amos returns with his sights set firmly on the world title after narrowly missing out on the championship top three last year. Joining him is Oli Bayliss, who showed significant progress in 2025, including a career-best finish at Balaton Park and a strong podium performance during a British Supersport wildcard appearance.

Looking Ahead

The 2026 WorldSSP season kicks off this weekend at Phillip Island. Yappl and PTR Triumph Factory Racing invite fans to follow the journey across their respective social media channels for exclusive behind-the-scenes content and race updates.
