Salus provides independent building control services, fire safety consultancy, and Building Regulation expertise to developers, contractors, and property owners.
Their work helps clients meet complex requirements under the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) framework – making reliable, responsive communication essential across their business.
However, their teams were relying on a mix of outdated, on-premise phone systems across different offices. When the pandemic drove a shift towards remote and flexible working, it exposed major gaps in how effectively they could communicate – internally and externally.
What We Did
Yappl provided a connected, future-ready solution:
- We rolled out our Xelion hosted phone system for 80 users, allowing staff to use softphones on their laptops or mobile apps for seamless communication.
- We also supplied 50 business mobiles to support their mobile teams and improve on-the-go connectivity.
