Yappl promotes James Bannister from Solutions Director to Managing Director. Additionally, it appoints James Sisson as Head of Marketing and Joe Butler as Head of Finance. The developments mark a pivotal milestone in Yappl’s growth trajectory in the business communications industry.
With four years of dedicated service and exceptional leadership, James has been instrumental in the company’s success. Particularly, Yappl’s expansion into unified communication solutions, through James establishing a thriving sales team that has signed up and serviced over 1200 businesses, generating £1.5 million in incremental revenue.
James’ promotion reflects his exemplary contributions and the confidence the company has in his vision and capabilities to lead the organisation forward.

James succeeds Steve Heald, who moves on to new endeavours after five years of committed service. Yappl thanks Steve for his invaluable contributions to the company’s success during his tenure.
James brings 10 years of marketing and brand management experience, developed within the telecoms industry. And is tasked with leading Yappl’s marketing efforts, driving brand awareness and market expansion.
