A bit of background…

Salus were using a wide variety of different on-premise telephone systems across the business and different sites.

Since the start of the pandemic and the requirement for flexible working, Salus had very limited ability to communicate with customers, suppliers and even internally.

The solution

Yappl implemented the following solutions:

We provided them with our Xelion hosted telephone solution, which catered for 80 users, predominantly moving to PC/Laptop softphones and Mobile applications.

  • The Xelion solution has meant the business is now working in a completely different way, which allows them to be much more efficient. Call handling and routing is far easier and means any department or site within the business can always be contacted quickly when required. 
  • It has given Salus much more flexibility when it comes to hybrid working and allowing employees the opportunity to work from home or whilst on the road.
